“ My wife and I eat there every week. My wife always has the pineapple shrimp salad. I mix it up and try something Different weekly. We love the place. Food is great, it never crowded if you eat around 6 o’clock. ”
“ We love this place. Food is always delicious and their portions are large. My wife loves the shrimp tacos. We drive 30 mins each way just to eat it. ”
“ Way better than I expected. It appears to be like other chain restaurants, and while it has the same idea the food tasted a lot better. We went late in the afternoon and while there were quite a few people there it felt like we had the restaurant to ourselves. Food was fantastic and I’d eat here again. I got the chicken green chili salad and it was SO good. ”
“ Excellent Chicken Green Chile! I haven't been here since the one in Layton closed. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB! Sweet Rice, Anything with the Green Chile and the beans are awesome! I definitely will always come here when in area. I hope the locals know what a treasure they have! Great and Friendly service as well today! ”

The generous portions and quality ingredients showcase Bajio's commitment to a satisfying Mexican dining experience. The sweet pork burrito at Bajio's is a definite winner for those craving a delicious blend of savory and sweet in every bite. ”
“ We’ve been going here for about 4-5 years now, and Bajio beats out Costa Vida or Cafe Rio every time. It’s rare for me to find a mexican food place that leaves me feeling good, but I’m always full and satisfied (both with takeout and dining in). I’m consistently impressed with food quality—the salads are the best bang for buck and what I get every time. Catering to gluten/dairy/egg intolerances is also simple, and another huge plus for my wife and I. I love the staff. I tend to look for the good in people anyhow, but the servers make it easy. Sure, they get tired like everyone else, but they’re good at their jobs and good for a conversation when I’m feeling chatty. OOH! And on Cinco de Mayo they gave my daughter a pinata. That’s awesome. ”
“ I have I have literally coming it Bajio for the last 20 years. I remember when they were over in the bagel den area of river woods and when they used to have locations all over. It is my favorite Mexican restaurant on earth. Their sweet rice is to die for. The burritos are exquisite, and you definitely have to give their shrimp tacos a try. At Bajio, everyone knows your name. Although Francisco and Raymond don’t work there anymore (they are missed), it is the best food ever. Would absolutely recommend. ”
“ The chimichanga is pretty legendary. The nachos were great. They had a ton of stuff on them. The only critique I have is a thicker chip may be better. The chips are great for salsa, but couldn't were too delicate for all the nacho toppings. Or maybe get the chips on the side. ”
